    Abilio's Restaurant has opened in Gloucester Street serving mediterranean & continental cuisine.

    A family-run restaurant, on the site of the original Abilio's, said to be one of the first Portuguese Restaurants in Jersey, founded by Abilio Sousa Franca.

    Now Abilio's son, Albino, and his wife, Nelia, have re-opened Abilio's on its former site at 37a Gloucester Street, St Helier.

    Albino is an accomplished chef with many years' experience and is ably assisted at front of house and (of course) with the background work of book-keeping by Nelia.
