About
Beanie Chefs is a basic cookery course designed to cater for 5 to 12 year olds providing them with a guide for a lifelong healthy eating plan. Within this course the children will learn to use fresh seasonal/local ingredients, a knowledge of food allergies/intolerances and how to work safely within a kitchen environment.
The courses are held by Linda Myles who has studied Culinary Skills at Highlands College for three years and is qualified in Paediatric First Aid; levels 1, 2 & 3, Food Hygiene; and is fully Police checked.Jersey College for Girls, Mont Millais, St. Saviour, Jersey, JE2 7YB
