Bracewell's Restaurant
La Rue du Crocquet, St Aubin, St Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8BZ

An international variety of food is combined with a warm welcome from our friendly team. Bracewell’s is small in size (28 covers) but BIG in character.
Worlds of Taste! Our menu includes a variety of cuisines such as Italian, French, Japanese, English, Latin-American as well as Oriental and Thai influences.
The food is freshly made on the premises and the restaurant has an open kitchen. So while you relax and enjoy the homely atmosphere of the restaurant, you may see the chef rolling or stuffing pasta, making the sushi or maybe pan-frying scallops or squid.
The variety of cuisines and portion sizes means there should be something for everyone. The menu changes on a regular basis to take advantage of fish, vegetables and fruit that are in season. Jersey produce is used where possible, such as black butter for ice cream, chillies from St. Aubin for sauces and butternut squash for pasta fillings and soup, grown within walking distance of the restaurant. The frequent change in menu means more choice for tourists and locals who come back often.
Bracewell's has a selection of reasonably priced wines, chosen to complement the food.
"Reading is food for the mind, but eating at Bracewell's is food for the body and mind."
Since opening in July 2011, Bracewell’s has proved popular with locals as well as visitors. The varied menu and cosy size appeals to all generations, couples, single people, families and larger groups.
The Chef, Daniel Bracewell, draws on his experience from working in Italian, French, Japanese and other restaurants, to create an international range of dishes. He enjoys tantilising the taste buds of customers with a variety of flavours.
In 2013 each week for 26 weeks, Chef treated customers to an A to Z of surprises, for examples, B was Banana Crème Brulee with Lemon Compote, H was Horseradish Ice Cream with Rocket and Parmesan and many people thought Z would be impossible, but Chef treated customers to Zucchini Trifolati.
For the Jersey Food Festival (www.jersey.com) a variety of dishes utilizing local seaweeds could be found on the menu at Bracewell’s.
