Being a young mum with two beautiful girls, I started baking and decorating purely to bring smiles to them on their birthdays. Only through family and friends commenting that they looked quite professional, I started to bake and decorate more often. I've always loved all baking and cooking but even more so loved the fact I got to use my creative side that got a little 'lost' after school days and being a 'Mummy'!
I like to get inspired by different occasions and people and their own loves , making the cupcakes personal, interesting, memorable and basically more than just a tasty cake!
All my cakes are baked FRESH for you using both LOCAL and ORGANIC ingredients. I select the FINEST ingredients I can such as the tastiest finest madagascan vanilla pods and luxurious cocoa. I take time making all decorations by hand making each order unique and special.
Cathie's cupcakes is entirely run by myself alone. I do my best to accomodate to every person as best I can and create the best product I can whilst keeping the price competitive and reasonable for everyone. Yey for cakes!! Enjoy!! x
