The Dominion Group was established as a specialist firm in 2001 to provide specialist compensation planning and employee reward plans involving offshore trusts and companies for firms operating mainly in the UK's financial services sector. The business has rapidly expanded to become one of the largest independent trust companies to operate from both within and outside the EU and now serves a sophisticated client base throughout the UK, United States, Asia and Europe including a number of large global corporations and high net worth private clients. Many of the shareholder's of the firm's corporate clients have also gone on to become personal clients of the firm and private client work now constitutes a significant part of the firm's business.
Uniquely positioned both inside and outside the EU from offices in Jersey, Geneva, Malta and London, Dominion offers a professional, technical and first class service in all areas of specialist corporate and personal pension trust and company administration, and employee and member trust administration.
Dominion employs over 90 staff across its offices the majority of the principals in each office being qualified Accountants, Lawyers, Bankers and Insurance/Tax specialists. Over 90% of staff either have or are studying for a degree or professional qualification, the firm placing great importance on staff being appropriately qualified in all areas of the business.
Our core activity is to provide comprehensive and sophisticated trustee and administration services to both corporate and personal clients. Corporate services mainly encompass the administration of employee benefit plans, International pension plans and administration of holding and investment companies. Private client services cover the areas of discretionary trusts, personal pension plans, bespoke private trust and company structures including Charitable Trusts, Foundations and Purpose Trusts.
