At Fungi Delecti we are family owned and run, and endeavour to bring to you the passion that we have for finding the greatest quality produce and provide all foodies whether you are a home cook, Michelin star chef or somewhere in between the ingredients to inspire great dishes.
Located in Trinity on the North coast of Jersey, we are farm based and mainly grow herbs and baby salad, we cultivate our own traditional log grown shii-take and keep free range hens for eggs. Our bespoke warehouse which was only completed in 2009, provides us the optimum environment for keeping all our produce.
We firmly believe in supporting our local producers, we have great resources on the Island, and during Jerseys various seasons we hand pick the best of them to provide our customers with the great delights Jersey has right on our doorstep.
Understanding that not everything can be produced locally, we search the world for all matter of culinary gems, giving a truly diverse range in products to suit any cooking style and giving authentic flavour no matter from which country the inspiration originated.
Since we formed Fungi in 1999 we have built our company and reputation on quality.
