Established in 1999, Grace Trust is a Jersey registered Charitable Trust, embracing Christian principles and providing both practical and personal help to some of the most vulnerable and needy in the Island.
Grace Trust was set up by its founder Lucy Lutara whose vision was to see Jersey’s needy and vulnerable being helped in a loving and practical way.
Our vision;
To facilitate care for the poor in Jersey. The being available for people where they are and running a dedicated and consistent program of projects that provide community and company for those we assist.
What we do;
Our Office and Base in Minden Street which is open each day for anyone to drop by.
A regular lunch held each Saturday 1pm @ St Paul’s Church, New Street, St Helier.
Grace 18;
An initiative set up within Grace Trust to bring assistance to the 18 to 30 year old’s who come to us for assistance.
A monthly Grocery distribution service to needy folk across our Island.
Parklife Choir;
A singing group of all ages and Band who go out to various places and occasions to sing. Practice at All Saints Hall, St Helier, Wednesday afternoons.
Art in the Park: Art and Crafts for those we work with at All Saints Hall, St Helier. Tues afternoons.
Emergency Foodbank at Minden Street Office.
Donated household goods which we in turn give freely to those who may be in need.
Part of the “Marketplace†at La Moye where we provide assistance to those who request our help prior to leaving Prison.
These are some of our own projects, we also work closely with existing agencies.
