In 2010 we moved to a brand new £12 million purpose built dairy, situated in the heart of rural trinity and overlooking lush green countryside.
Over 250,000 litres of milk are processed at the dairy each week. This equates to roughly 4L of milk per local household each week!
We produce a range of luxury dairy products including milk, cream, butter, cheese, ice cream and yogurt which we supply to both the local market and overseas.
We also produce a range of private label products and have experience working with Tesco, Marks and Spencer and The Noisy Drinks Company to name just a few.
Soft Mix, ‘Mr Whippy' style ice cream has also become big business for us in the UK. Last year we produced over 21 million servings of soft mix ice cream. That’s one ice cream for every 3rd person living in the UK!Categories: Dairy.
