Jersey hand dived scallops is one of jersey newest fresh fish suppliers. All fish is caught with minimum impact to the environment. As we know live in a world of over fishing and damage to the environment we use the best ways to make that foot print smaller.
SCALLOPS: all of are scallops are hand dived never dredge therefore we do not damage and destroy the bottom. This method also means we have no by-catch and no other fish life is harmed.
LOBSTERS/CRABS: our lobsters and crabs are caught in pots which are pulled by hand from the sea bed to the boat. They are all sized on board and placed back if they are too small. Soft shelled lobsters and crabs are realised also.
Our best policy however is that no lobster carrying eggs is ever sold, we allow these back to the sea, which means stocks can continue to grow fro future generations. Most other boats in jersey land and sell pregnant lobsters as they get a higher price due to the weight, but are destroying the future lobster population.

Prices do change through out the year but we always aim to be very competitive. JERSEY HAND DIVED SCALLOPS are cheaper than supermarket prices and you know that if your products come from us, they will be fresh with in a day.
Fishing is very weather dependent sometimes it may not be possible to get out but look for updates on the latest dives.
