About
Jooj duQuemin lives and works on the Channel Island of Jersey.
She trained in photography at Plymouth College of Art & Design a long, long time ago. After running her own business in Somerset, England (where she was born and raised), she married a Jersey lad and moved to the island.
Over the years she has worked in various elements of freelance photography and has taught the subject for over 20yrs ( though claims not to feel that old), setting up and running City & Guild and A’ level courses, as well as working in conjunction with Art & Media courses in further education.
She also uses photography as a platform for corporate team building events.
She has had a variety of exhibitions, both group and solo.
