Classical violinist/violist/pianist with a love of jazz and folk and for thinking outside of the box! I'm currently using my classical roots to aid improvisation in Grapelli-style gypsy jazz and more contemporary styles on violin, and developing my jazz piano repertoire, whilst still retaining my love of Binchois, Bach, Brahms and Bartok.
I teach:
- Wunderkeys Preschool Piano (3+)
- Music for Little Mozarts, piano (reception/KS1)
- "Normal" violin and piano lessons for children from yr 2 or 3, depending on the child.
- Keys from Chords - rapid beginners' course for late starters (teens/adults)
- Adult beginners/returners
- Jazz piano, Rockschool piano and traditional fiddle music as well as classical. Jazz fiddle awaits...
