History
Headquartered in Jersey, the renamed Logicalis CI businesses were purchased by the Logicalis Group in March 2013 as part of a transaction that saw the Logicalis Group acquire the international businesses of the 2e2 Group including : the Spanish and Irish systems integration businesses, operated under the Morse banner; the Channels Islands business (Jersey and Guernsey) and their operation in the Netherlands.
The Logicalis CI operation is one of the largest IT service companies in the Channel Islands and offers a comprehensive range of Information and Communications Technology services and solutions in their local markets. The origins of this business go back to 1975 when Communication Systems Limited (CSL) was established in Jersey followed by a Guernsey office being opened in 1982.
In 1997 CSL was purchased by the Xavier group which merged in 1999 with Kerridge to form the AIM listed XKO Group.
