We make food we want to eat and are passionate about real food, unprocessed food that is as free from preservatives and flavourings as possible. Fresh food that doesn’t need sell by dates, because it’s “made today, eaten todayâ€.
We are very proud to use Musetti coffee, one of the top 5 coffee roasters in Italy and we import it direct from Milan. We exclusively use 100% Arabica and check, clean and stroke our machines daily, to ensure that we produce the best coffee we can.

GIVING BACK... WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
We believe that all business, big ones or little ones, have a responsibility and should give something back to the community in which they operate. Sounds a bit heavy for a little food business like ours, but it's something we genuinely believe in.
Since we started, way back in 1996, we haven't just talked the talk, we've done something. There are lots of things we do quietly, but we have made lots of noise about a couple of schemes which have been a tremendous success. In 2007, one of our favourite customers, Marie Vibert, had a simply brilliant and brilliantly simple idea. Marie suggested that we encourage our customers to bring back their MT bags and we could re-use them. For every 50 we re-used, we would donate £1 to charity. The environment was a winner and a charity benefited. So, in 2007 we, we ran our Treehugger Campaign. In 2008 we supported Jersey Cheshire Home and in 2009 we supported Channel 103fm and Help A Jersey Child. We’ve also supported The Shelter Trust, The One Foundation and in 2014 we are supporting the Jubilee Sailing Trust, which takes physically challenged of all ages, on adventures of a lifetime. These schemes have resulted in tens of thousands of bags being re-used, with significant donations to charity.Categories: Caterers, Sandwich Bars.
