Nick has been involved in Jersey property conveyancing for 32 years working for major legal firms in the Island on Residential and Commercial properties and is a founder member of the Jersey Association of Property Conveyancers (JAPC) . He maintains contact with many of the senior lawyers in the Island and also knows many of the local developers. He still conducts freelance conveyancing generally on special projects or development projects.
Nick is the owner of ND Holdings Limited t/a ND Estates.
Nick is also one of the founder shareholders and directors of ND Property Management which has commenced operations on the 1st January 2014.

Jo, Nick's sister, has joined the business in April 2014 and is a Director of ND Holdings Limited (owner of ND Estates) effective from the 1st May 2014. She has a wealth of experience in the local finance industry and is now following a career change in to the property world.
Jo is also the Property Manager for ND Property Management.

Jeremy joined us in September 2013 to complement our existing team and to expand our sales. Jeremy previously worked in local Estate agency and prior to that with a major local developer.

Alan Smith - Senior Sales Support Administrator
Alan is our Senior Sales Support administrator is a CRM specialist and is working on our database and in a sales support basis organising the viewings and the diary of the office as well as keeping in constant contact with our Vendors, Landlords and Applicants.
Kamila Krukowska - Sales & Lettings Administrator & Viewer
Kamila works with us as Sales and Lettings Administrator and assists on occasion as a viewer showing properties to applicants covering on holidays. Kamila is also our inhouse Photographer and has responsibility for keeping our website up to date. She also produces all of our floorplans (with help from Nick on occasion). Kamila now has 7 years experience in the local Estate Agents industry having previously worked at Broadlands.
Amanda Le Feuvre - Sales & Lettings Administrator
Amanda joined us in December 2014 as a Sales & Lettings Administrator. She has been involved previously in customer services working locally for over 7 years in retail with a major optical retailer.
Deirdre de Rue - Part Time Admin & P/A
