The first Provincial website approved by the United Grand Lodge of England.
Information about Freemasonry and the Province of Jersey, the ransacking of the Masonic Temple, and the Occupation of Jersey during the Second World War.
We have tried our best to bring you an interesting and enlightening view of the activities that are taking place in Freemasonry in Jersey and I trust that while navigating your way around our web site it will provide you with the information you were seeking and hopefully much more. Our Province is steeped in history as you will discover while browsing though the various pages and we are rightly proud of the efforts we have made over the centuries.
Our charitable activities are amply demonstrated and explained within our web pages and I intend to continue supporting local charities where specific and meaningful projects can be identified. In the current economic climate charities are not always able to produce the revenues they previously enjoyed, but it is my firm belief that Jersey Freemasons will continue to meet the demands of our community and raise exemplary charitable amounts as we have done for the past many years.
If you are interested in joining Freemasonry then you will find appropriate information and contacts to take your enquiry forward and any questions you may have will be handled swiftly and confidentially. Open days are held each year and a number of presentation evenings take place from time to time, so do make contact if you would like to have more information. There are numerous aspects to Freemasonry which will appeal to most individuals. From my own personal experience, the younger you join Freemasonry the greater possible fulfilment is attainable from this ancient institution.
Whatever your reason for entering our web site I trust it gives you good insight into the operational aspects of our Province and Freemasonry in general.
