The Story of Rojo
Hailed as Jersey’s first boutique Cocktail Lounge, Rojo was the first to bring mixology to the island and from its humble beginnings; Rojo has spurred a wave in cocktail appreciation making it the stuff of legend locally. As purveyors of world class cocktails and a vibe in house to match, Rojo has an ethos, which stems deep from within its roots; nothing but the very best – quality is key.
From the small basement bar where the Rojo story began in 2006, the bar and its avid crowd have since moved to bigger premises. Still in the heart of St Helier, Rojo attracts the same vibe and people, but on a larger scale these days. In this case, bigger means more, it means diverse and versatile, it means ‘better’. The ethos remains, as does the quality and many of the original staff are steadfast in their commitment to Jersey’s primary cocktail lounge.
