Run For Cover play Irish/American Folk/Rock Music. Over the last 21 years they have played over 2,000 gigs locally, including at least 300 for charity. They like to support charities and undertake approximately 10 to 15 charity gigs each year. Gigs are held all over Jersey with regular nights at The Dolphin Hotel, The Farmers Inn, The Star, The Trafalgar and The Tivoli Tavern. They also play at the annual Battle of Flowers and the Moonlight Parade (2012 was there fourteenth Battle), plus numerous parish and school fêtes and weddings.
The band is still going strong after 21 years as they really enjoy what they do, as Roy Mallet (Singer and Guitarist) says "we are still fully booked because we play the music from the heart, and if you play it from the heart you can't go wrong, and you can keep going for the rest of your life."
They currently have 2 CD's available and have sold in excess of 1000 to date.Categories: Musicians.
