I provide therapy for neurodivergent adults and couples in Broomfield, Colorado who feel anxious, burned out, or "not enough" despite appearing capable. Many are navigating challenges with self-doubt, boundaries, and identity.
I integrate EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), executive functioning coaching, and ketamine-assisted therapy when appropriate. For relationships, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method.
I specialize in complex trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and relationship challenges. I offer in-person therapy in Broomfield, CO and virtual sessions across Colorado and Florida. Private pay only.
