Refund Policy

Last updated 19 August 2026.

This policy covers everything you can buy on Globe Connected: Verified subscription plans. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Globe Connected Limited (trading as Globe Connected) operates Globe Connected, and purchases are sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, as the merchant of record: Link charges you, and refunds are returned by Link to the payment method you used. This policy sits under Link's refund policy; where the two differ, whichever is more generous to you applies.

1. Our 14-day change-of-mind refund

If you change your mind, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to a first subscription payment and to each renewal payment. Where you have already had the benefit of what you bought during those 14 days, we may refund proportionately rather than in full — see section 4.

A refund is for the amount you were charged, in the currency you paid it — which is the price shown to you at checkout, and may differ from the price shown to customers in other countries.

2. Link's 60-day refund window

Because your purchase is sold through Link, it is also covered by Link's refund policy: for up to 60 days after a payment, Link can refund you where something went wrong — for example, you did not receive what you paid for. You can raise that with Link directly from your account at link.com, or through Link's support if you don't have one. Link can issue such a refund whether or not we have approved it.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected], or use our contact page. Tell us the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the invoice number from the receipt Link emailed you. You can also go to Link directly, as section 2 describes — either route works, and you don't need to use both.

Approved refunds are returned by Link to the payment method you used. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. The charge you are refunded appears on your statement as LINK.COM* followed by our name.

4. Refunds after the 14-day window

After 14 days a change-of-mind refund is no longer automatic, but we still consider every request on its merits. We will normally refund, in full or in part, where:

  • you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling;
  • a technical fault on our side meant you did not get what you paid for — for example verified treatment did not render;
  • we removed or deactivated your paid company for a reason that turns out to be our mistake;
  • we materially reduced or withdrew a feature you were paying for; or
  • the purchase was made without your authorisation.

Where the problem affected only part of what you bought, we refund the affected part. Where you have used part of a period or an allowance, we may refund the unused portion.

5. What we normally will not refund

Outside the 14-day window, and unless one of the reasons in section 4 applies, we normally do not refund:

  • a subscription period you have already used, where you simply forgot to cancel before it renewed — although if you contact us promptly after an unwanted renewal we will normally sort it out;
  • purchases where your account was suspended or terminated for fraud, payment reversal, or serious breach of our terms.

None of this is a blanket refusal. Ask us, and we will look at it — and Link's own window in section 2 applies regardless.

6. Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel a Verified subscription at any time from your billing page, or from your Link account at link.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not a refund of the period you are in. Your slots and verified treatment continue until the end of the period you have paid for, then stop.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not restrict them. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Where you asked for the service to start immediately — which is what happens when a subscription takes effect at checkout — that right may be reduced by the value of what you have already received, and lost once the service has been fully performed. Nothing here affects your rights where a service is not as described or not carried out with reasonable care.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us, or Link, before raising a chargeback with your bank — it is almost always faster. Where a payment is charged back or reversed we may withdraw the entitlements it paid for and suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
