    About
    Helen is a kind and thoughtful person and is always keen to help others achieve their sporting goals. She cares about the way people feel and enjoys giving them the confidence to feel good about themselves. Helen also has a good sense of humour and is sharp witted with her clients making hard workouts enjoyable.

    Helen studied the First Diploma and National Diploma in Sport at Highlands College, where she represented the College in their volleyball team.

    She then furthered her education by going over to Cyprus to qualify as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist with Solar Fitness. Since then she has also qualified as a FitKit Pro Coach and a Boxercise Instructor.

    Helen has been a keen show jumper since the age of 10 and with her passion for this sport, has qualified as a Human and Equine Bowen Therapist, giving her the ability to treat riders and horses.

    She has represented Jersey in the inter-insular team jumping competition with the British Show Jumping Association.

    Helen was part of the Royal Bank of Canada Relay Team in the Jersey Marathon and also has a passion for skiing and as been actively involved in this winter sport since the age of 8.

    She is currently training for the UKBFF Channel Island Bodybuilding Competition (Bikini Category).
