“Artists and their gardens are often inseparable and this is true for me with much of my inspiration coming from the flowers, trees and creatures who share this random but interesting hillside space. Although my work isn’t entirely confined here, this is where the small becomes important.
To live in this beautiful island with my studio overlooking the sea is such privilege and constantly feeds my passion for art and design. My interests are diverse and exploring different subjects, mediums and techniques is essential to me.

My “younger†days found me training and working in Interior Design, which was my main source of work for many years alongside painting which was then, I suppose, a much loved hobby.
I am not going write reams about myself ! I am a self taught artist having painted and drawn from childhood. Having said that, I have had the privilege of working and learning from some of the best artists Jersey has to offer and the rest I guess has come from the University of Life!
I now work from my pea green studio which is in my gorgeous hillside garden on the Island of Jersey. My home and studio overlook the port of Gorey and Long Beach on the East of the Island and from here I never tire of the views and wildlife that surround me and share my space. Needless to say most of my inspiration comes from the garden and this beautiful island I live on with my family.Categories: Artist.
