Moore Management Limited and its associated companies are specialist providers of fund management; fund administration; CISX listing and ancillary corporate services to institutional and corporate clients; ranging from major investment banks to boutique; alternative asset managers and family offices located in all major financial centres. The Moore Group has offices in Tokyo; Bermuda and Jersey. Moore has significant experience of private equity; alternative investment funds; securitizations and special purpose investment vehicles. Moore specializes in structuring and creating customized and flexible investment vehicles for institutional investors and is able to provide support and assistance throughout the fund lifecycle from conceptualization to termination.
We were formed in 1996 by Ian Moore, to fill a gap that existed at the time for the provision of professional, dedicated support services to large financial institutions that created structured products and funds.
We are now an established provider of independent administration and corporate governance services for institutional and corporate clients, ranging from major investment banks to boutique, alternative asset managers located in the major financial centres.
In January 2013, First Names Group, a trust and corporate services provider acquired the business and integrated its entire fund administration offering, which had been in operation since 2007, under our brand.
