I mainly sculpt in a realistic style using any material. After being frustrated with clay I have recently discovered the versatility of paper sculpture. My main area of interest is animal and human portraiture.
History; I trained to sculpt models in wax and clay whilst employed at a company producing merchandise for Disney. After leaving I went to work for Enesco Giftware company designing and sculpting ceramic ranges. I left to train as a Secondary School teacher after which I went back to sculpting freelance for various companies in the UK. I moved to Jersey 11 years ago and worked with the Jersey Arts Trust for 5 years. Now I am a mum of two I am beginning to make work again.Categories: Artist, Arts & Crafts, Sculptor.
