St Lawrence Football Club provides football development for boys and girls through their Football Academy and is run entirely on a not-for-profit basis with all money generated going back into the club..
The club recognises the need to integrate youngsters within the club and the community from the earliest possible age to eventually becoming adult players for the club which has some existing plans for the future all of which will shortly be available on our web-site.
St Lawrence Football Club now has one of the best coaching programmes in Jersey with qualified coaches up to UEFA B level and a clear development plan and curriculum.
By initially teaching youngsters the basics of simple hand-eye ball co-ordination followed by key skills that the best players use instinctively, this will provide key foundations for their development and knowledge of the game.
The programme includes under 6 (reception), under 7 (year 1), under 8 (years 2/3), under 9 (year 4) and under 10 (year 5) age groups, which takes place between 11:00 am and 12:15 pm every Saturday morning at St Lawrence Football Club.Categories: Football, Youth Project.
